Always remember, Employers don’t just look at your exam scores. Rather they’re just as interested in your attitude, your transferable skills, and how well you’ll get on with other people.

Exam success doesn’t define you as person.

Once you’ve done an exam, try to forget about it. There’s nothing you can about it, and worrying won’t change your marks.

2. Get Support From Friends or Family –

If you’re feeling really worried or anxious, chat to a good friend, family member or tutor.

It helps to get it out of your system, and they may well able to help, think about practical strategies to deal with exam stress.

If you can, discuss with your parents.

Parents with steep or or unrealistic expectations will just add unnecessary pressure. It’s helpful to let them know what you think you have the capacity to achieve.

3. Eat and Sleep Well –

Pulling all nighters, surviving on a poor diet can increase symptoms of anxiety.

For you’re body’s best performance, make sure you’re getting 8/9 hr sleep, enough slow-release carbs, less caffeine and more water.

4. Set Realistic Goals –

Acceptance of your situation and working within the realms of what you have maximizes your productivity without the risk of burning yourself out.

5. Pace Yourself Through Panic –

Panicking before, during or even after an exam is common among university students.

If you experience it any point, take six deep breaths, hydrate yourself, and then go back to your problem.

Remember that there is always a rational solution to every problem, even if you can’t see at first glance.


No matter what’s the situation, how difficult it is, Always Believe In Yourself. There is nothing called impossible.

If you look at word IMPOSSIBLE, it itself says IM POSSIBLE , just give it a try.

Always remember, Anything you can Imagine or Dream about, is REAL, all you need to do is try and figure out how to achieve that.

Asking for help is never shameful.

Reading relaxes your body by lowering your heart rate and easing the tension in your muscle.
