1. Deep Breathe
First of all we will practice deep breathe.
Take a deep breathe into your nose, and out from your mouth.
Repeat the same for 2 more times.
2. Self Massage Techniques
First we will go to third eye with your fingers
Then two on your temples.
And third last squeezing your neck.
So repeat again and take deep breathe.
Squeeze your neck towards your spine, this offers an great relief.
You can repeat this for three or more times.
On your right side, touch your ear to your shoulder, and you’re going to make your neck little slab, then squeeze the popping muscle and breathe.
Repeat the same thing on the other side that is to your left side and repeat same process for 3 times.
Bring your chin down, gently move you head back and froth, stretching the back through your neck and breathe in and breathe out.
And then just gently roll your neck clockwise and anticlockwise and repeat the same process again..
This is very important to differentiate normal tension headache from psychological stress
